-----Original Message----- Hello Alex, How are you? I'm so glad I found your website. You were my favorite performer on MAD TV. My boyfriend and I were lucky enough to see a live taping of the show a couple of years ago (Busta Rhymes was the musical guest.). You were so funny! I love all the characters you have portrayed over the years. I will never forget that evening. We drove down from Santa Barbara and stood in line for a couple of hours. It was extremely hot that day. We enjoyed watching all "behind the scenes" stuff and the show was great. While driving to our hotel for the evening my boyfriend was feeling dizzy. He said had felt weird during the entire taping but didn't want me to miss the show. He is such a sweetie. I would have left the taping if only he had asked. Anyway, when we got to the hotel he literally fainted on the bed! I got some ice and put a towel on his head. I asked if he wanted anything and he requested some chicken soup. I walked a couple of blocks to a restaurant to get some for him. When I returned 45 minutes later he was sleepy like a baby. I spent an exciting night in the big city eating Chinese take-out and watching HBO. The next morning he was feeling a little better. I drove back to SB while he slept in the front seat. When we got home I did an Internet search on "fainting". It turned out to be sunstroke! Crazy, huh? That never crossed our minds. I glad he did ok the night before. It could have been a lot more serious. I guess the ice and sleep was what he needed. Since that day he refused to go to another taping of a show in Los Angeles. The thought of that experience still freaks him out today. I truly miss your old characters
on MAD-TV. Ms. Swan made me pee my pants! I'm happy that you
have other projects keeping you busy. I look forward to seeing
you in My main reason for writing was to ask about the new "Family Guy" project. You mentioned on your site that you had the first recording already. There are so many rumors flying around. Some say that all the original members were being replaced. Have Seth Green and Mila Kunis been recording with you too? I'd love to be able to set the record straight with my friends. It would be hard to get use to new voices replacing the ones I've grown to love. Thanks for your time. Have a fun and productive summer! Take care, http://www.javaturtle.com -----Original Message----- Lynne, First let me say thanks for being a fan and for taking the time to write in. It's always nice to hear from someone out there with really good taste! And thank your boyfriend for risking his life for a MADtv taping. We need heroes like him in this world! As for your Family Guy question, yes all cast members have returned. Seth, Seth, Mila and me. Here's hoping you enjoy the new shows as much as the old.
