November 15, 2008 -- I'm in the process of deciding what direction to take my website. I'll be graduating from Santa Barbara City College soon, with a major in the Alcohol and Drug Counseling Program. I feel the need to focus on issues concerning mental health and substance abuse. While my desire to publish and distribute zines is still alive, these projects are currently on hold. Small press publishing will always have a special place in my heart. Zines are the reason I began this website back in 1996. I plan to archive all my stories, articles, pictures, Santa Barbara Zine Fest history, and other zine related materials in 2009. I might even publish find the time to publish a zine or two in the near future. I'm will be revamping the Coffee Lounge, Turtle Tidbits, and About Me sections. I also plan to add a mental health blog and resources page beginning January 2009.
